I contacted 4 Seasons to exercise an inspection and cleaning on my furnace. The suggestion was that the inspection should be done earlier the cleaning. The appointment and time was set up for doing and then . On October xiv, 2021 the repair person was ii hours late and unprepared to exercise the job. Did not bring the right tools to remove the the burner or the air force per unit area spray. In not doing so, information technology took him a long time to remove it plus time consulting with somebody on the phone on what to exercise. Made matters worse and told us that the possessor would call us the next twenty-four hour period to send someone to fix the problem. Cipher happened the post-obit day. So, I offered to him that instead of him, I can store around for improve price. But he misinformed me by saying that this is THE all-time price and in that location is no point for me to shop around plus only professional/licensed person can purchase the parts. Then I told him that, if this is the case, so bring the original receipt and he agreed with it. Notwithstanding, he gave me a Four Seasons invoice for the overall labor and parts without the original receipt of the part. This was a red flag and so I started looking for the parts price and found out that the cost is around $300. The products installed were great but when it came to payment I would never deal with this company again. The furnace was being installed out of town. Due to a family unit emergency and the travel to the other city I was unable to go to the job site and verify the installation for well-nigh a calendar week later the install. Therefore the payment to the company was delayed equally I was not comfortable signing off on piece of work I have non verified. I was able to travel and see the furnace last night. Every bit of this morn I accept woken up to emails from the company threatening to take me to collections. I phoned Kelly the manager of the visitor to suggest him that the emails were not appreciated but the paperwork would exist sent up today. On the phone I had kelly blasphemous and swearing at me telling me that the girls at his front office were getting on his case causing him to have a bad mean solar day. When Kelly has stopped cursing long enough for me to go a give-and-take in I brash him there was no need to threaten me and I accept no trouble paying his company, before I was able to finish speaking with Kelly he hung up the phone. Can't say I personally would bargain with this visitor once more as they are great until payment becomes involved. They practice install bang-up products but simply exist weary of the front office staff and the lines of advice. As this was not the just instance in our dealings where communication was an issue.

But because none of these factors had been mentioned and yous had assured you were sending the confirmation twice, when nosotros had non received anything and were not able to contact you via phone we sent an email letting you know payment is due at present. The reception when you phone call sounds polite and seems to take your data. After having ATCO already make recommendations and I permit them know in advance including the possible part. Technician came in very unprofessional, not prepared. But stock-still one problem, the other they were wanting me to pay to check their own inventory -- to run across what was on their own shelf and when I tried to speak to the office, the part managing director was so highly unprofessional. Over charged; their charge explanations on the phone are dissimilar from what you are charged when they are out. Felt very bullied by the office manager. I tried to speak to owners to share concerns and couldn't go past the same rude office managing director. I HIGHLY circumspection anyone wanting to use this service. Stay away!!

Thermostat repair

Arrived within two hours of expected time, repair was not completed, came dorsum, replaced a part that did not fix the problem, came back, put things dorsum to the way they were originally. Still accept original problem. Company said they would not charge for role... charged my credit card for full amount. Problem still non fixed. Visitor says they will charge me once more to come out and prepare it. Really?!?

I would definitely call someone else.
